    Questions? Problems? Ideas you'd like to discuss with an expert
    prior
to implementation? Questor can help. Our Help Desk provides
    prompt, friendly, informed answers to your ARGUS questions.
    Contact us once a month, or twice a day – there is no limit on the
    number of support requests that may be placed.

    Questor's Help Desk is staffed Monday through Friday, from 7:00
    AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time. Contact us at

• Product upgrades
   Automatically receive incremental releass for ARGUS products.
   With the current release, you will always have the newest features,
   enhancements, and fixes.

• Dial-in assistance
   Questor provides remote access support for select issues. In order to
   take advantage of this service, clients must own LapLink® or
   pcAnywhere™ software, and provide a dedicated modem or Internet
   connection.

• Discounted rate for contractual services
   Clients with a current ARGUS maintenance contract receive a
   discounted hourly rate for contractual services.

• Access to on-line resources
   ARGUS clients have access to a password–protected area of the Questor
   website designed especially for them. Download software, participate in    the Client Forum, obtain documentation, and more under Client Resources.

Questor's maintenance contract provides support for ARGUS products, only. Support for select third party products used with ARGUS is available on a time and materials basis.
